Casewave is committed to making its service usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technologies.
Our standard. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, across the Casewave application, the client portal, and our website. We build with semantic HTML, labeled form fields, keyboard operability, visible focus states, text alternatives for images, and sufficient color contrast, and we test for regressions as part of our engineering process.
We do not claim conformance; accessibility is ongoing work.
Tell us when something doesn't work. If any part of the service is difficult to use with assistive technology, or you need an accommodation to complete a task, contact us at accessibility@casewave.life. Include the page or task and the technology you were using if you can. We monitor this channel, and remediation of reported barriers is prioritized work — we will respond and tell you what we are doing about it.
Documents for signature. Signing sessions are provided by DocuSign; if a signing task is not accessible to you, contact us or your agent and we will arrange an alternative way to complete it, including paper.
