Casewave
E-SIGN CONSENT

Consent to Electronic Records and Signatures

EFFECTIVE: AUGUST 18, 2026

This consent covers Casewave's electronic records, notices, and disclosures — account notices, servicing communications, and the documents that make up your relationship with Casewave and, for portal users, with your agent's use of Casewave. When you sign a document in DocuSign, DocuSign presents its own consent covering that signing session; this consent covers ours. You give this consent by checking the box before your first electronic transaction.

1. What you are agreeing to

You agree that we may provide records, notices, and disclosures to you electronically — in the app, in the portal, or by email to the address on your account — instead of on paper, and that your electronic signature (including checking an acceptance box) has the same effect as a handwritten one.

2. Hardware and software you need

To receive and keep electronic records you need:

  • a device with a current version of a modern web browser;
  • an internet connection;
  • a valid email address on file with us; and
  • the ability to view PDF files and to download or print records you want to keep.

If our requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you cannot access your records, we will notify you and you may withdraw consent without penalty.

3. Withdrawing your consent, and what happens if you do

You can withdraw this consent at any time, at no cost: portal users, tell your agent or contact privacy@casewave.life; agents, contact legal@casewave.life. Withdrawal takes effect after we have had a reasonable time to process it.

If you withdraw: portal users can complete servicing paperwork on paper through your agent instead, but electronic tasks in the portal will no longer be available to you. Agents: the service is delivered electronically, so withdrawing consent means closing the subscription.

4. Paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any record we provided electronically by contacting the address above; we provide the first copy of any record at no charge.

5. Keep your contact information current

Keep your email address up to date in your account settings (or through your agent) so records reach you.
